What exactly is a "case"?
A case is one claimant's matter, defined by the parties — the injured worker and the employer/carrier. ("Case" and "matter" mean the same thing; we just say case.) You're charged once, when you first rate it, and that one charge covers the entire lifecycle: add as many files as you need, plus supplemental reports and deposition summaries, and re-rate as the record grows — all at no extra cost. Multiple reports on one case is still a single charge.
Do the discounts stack?
The 15% and 20% tiers apply automatically at 10 and 30 cases purchased in a pack. Custom pricing is available above 100/mo.
What if a rating comes back wrong?
Flag it — we review, correct, and refund the credit. Our accuracy target is 99.99% against PDRS rules, validated by feedback from certified Raters.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card and ACH. Invoicing available upon request.
Billing & trust-account handling?
Invoiced monthly or upfront per pack. We can bill per case for client cost-recovery workflows.
